1. Payment Methods & Security
LetsCelebrate does not store sensitive card information (card numbers, CVV, UPI IDs) on our servers.
Payments are processed via trusted third‑party payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay, Phonepe, etc.) to ensure safety and encryption.
We ensure that your data is handled securely, and we do not share payment credential information with any party except the gateway for transaction processing.
2. Payment Terms & Schedule
A deposit / advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your event date and reserve our services.
Remaining payments must be made in accordance with the schedule laid out in the quotation/agreement (e.g. interim payments and final settlement before the event).
If payment deadlines are not met, we reserve the right to delay, suspend, or cancel services, subject to the terms of this policy.
3. Rescheduling Policy
You may request to reschedule your event by contacting us via email, phone, or message.
Requests should ideally be made at least 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled setup / event slot.
Rescheduled events are subject to availability and our existing commitments.
If rescheduling is requested close to the event (e.g. within 48 hours), we may charge a rescheduling fee to cover preparation or logistic costs depending on the prevailing situation.
We will communicate any additional charges before finalizing the new date or time.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
4.1 By You (Client)
- Earlier than 4 days from the before booking time slot: Cancellation with 90% Refund
- In between 2-4 days before the booking time slot: Cancellation with 50% Refund
- 24 to 48 hours before the booking time slot: Cancellation with 25% Refund
- Less than 24 hours before booking time slot: No Refund on Cancellation.
4.2 By LetsCelebrate
In rare cases, LetsCelebrate may need to cancel due to force majeure (natural calamities, government orders, safety constraints).
In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible, and either reschedule the event or issue a refund after deducting any expenses already incurred.
We may also cancel services if payments are significantly delayed or terms are breached by the client, subject to appropriate notice.
5. Refund Policy:
5.1 What about refunds after cancellation?
- If the vendor did not show up after the booking amount is paid, on those unfortunate occasions we do refund the full amount paid by the customer if only online payment is done through Letscelebrate.in.
- The refund amount for the service orders paid via online or credit/debit card will be refunded within 5-7 working days from the date of initiating the refund through the online account.
5.2 No Returns (Service Nature)
Our business is service‑based. We do not offer “returns” in the traditional sense.
If you believe our performance did not meet standards or you face issues, please contact us on Support@letscelebrate.in. We will evaluate the matter and offer appropriate resolution (partial refund, correction, or composting alternative services) based on case merits.

6. Disclosures & Non‑Refundable Costs
Certain costs are non‑refundable because they are incurred prior to the event: vendor deposits, material procurement, travel, rentals, custom props, etc.
Any non‑refundable vendor commitments are clearly disclosed in your proposal/contract.
Refunds will consider and subtract such non‑recoverable costs before remitting to you.
7. Process for Refunds
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the same mode or bank account used in the original payment (unless otherwise agreed).
Processing time depends on payment gateway or banking channels, and may take several business days.
We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.
8. Dispute & Adjustment
If you dispute any charges or request adjustments, notify us in writing via email within shortest possible time but minimum three days in advance of the event or invoice date.
We will investigate and respond. If adjustment is found valid, we may issue partial compensation or credit as mutually agreed.
9. Changes in Policy
LetsCelebrate may update this Payment & Refund Policy from time to time.
The revised policy will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our services after such changes implies acceptance of the updated policy.
