HELPFUL ANSWERS
Useful details on pricing, customisation, setup, timing and availability before you choose your birthday décor.
Birthday decoration at home packages currently shown on Lets Celebrate start from around ₹1,400. The final price depends on the selected setup, balloon styling, backdrop, décor elements, room size and any personalisation required.
Each decoration on this page displays its current price, photographs and package details, so you can compare options before booking. Simple balloon setups are generally more affordable, while larger backdrops, themed designs and more elaborate home decorations cost more depending on the setup selected.
Inclusions vary according to the decoration selected. Depending on the package, your setup may include balloons, birthday lettering, backdrop elements, lights, foil balloons, balloon arches, personalised details or other decorative elements. Check the individual product page for the exact inclusions and photographs of the setup before booking.
We recommend booking birthday decoration at home around 3–5 days in advance, especially for weekends, popular dates and personalised setups.
Larger or more customised decorations are better booked earlier so there is enough time to confirm the design, materials and preferred installation slot. Selected same-day or last-minute setups may still be available in Delhi, Gurugram, Noida and Faridabad, subject to the chosen décor, location, timing and team availability.
Most birthday setups take around 1–3 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the decoration. Simple balloon styling may take less time, while larger backdrops, arches, ceiling work, lights or more detailed themes can take longer. The expected setup time for your selected décor can be confirmed before the celebration.
Yes. Birthday decoration can be designed around compact spaces such as bedrooms, apartment living rooms and smaller cake-cutting areas. Rather than decorating the entire room, a well-designed balloon arrangement or focal backdrop can make effective use of an available wall or corner while keeping the space comfortable for the celebration.
Yes. Selected setups can be personalised with balloon colours, names, ages, themes and other suitable decorative details. The additional photographs on individual product pages may also show available customisation possibilities. Share your preferred changes with us on WhatsApp or at order@letscelebrate.in before booking so we can confirm what is possible for your chosen décor and any applicable additional cost.
Yes. Lets Celebrate can arrange birthday decoration at homes, hotel rooms, terraces, banquet halls and other suitable private venues across Delhi NCR. The décor that works best will depend on the available space, venue permissions and the selected setup. Share the venue details while checking availability so the team can confirm whether your preferred decoration is suitable for the space.
Selected surprise-oriented decorations can be suitable for midnight birthday celebrations, subject to timing, location and team availability. If you are planning a midnight surprise, contact Lets Celebrate in advance with your preferred decoration, date and location so that the feasibility and installation timing can be confirmed.
Keep the proposed decoration area reasonably clear and accessible before the scheduled setup. If your selected design requires a particular wall, ceiling area, electrical connection or space around furniture, any specific requirements can be discussed beforehand. This allows the décor team to begin installation efficiently on arrival.
Installation requirements depend on the decoration selected and the surfaces available in your home. If you have freshly painted, wallpapered, textured or delicate walls, inform the team beforehand so that the installation requirements can be considered. Please read “Few things to know” section on product page for relevant instructions.

STYLING YOUR SPACE
The most memorable at-home celebrations are not always the largest. The right décor works with the room, creates one beautiful focal point and leaves enough space for the celebration to feel comfortable.
Birthday decoration at home can take many forms — from an effortless balloon arrangement around a bedroom wall to a styled living-room backdrop with lights, photographs, metallic details or personalised touches. The right approach is less about filling every corner and more about creating a setting that feels considered for the person, the space and the occasion.
Smaller rooms often work beautifully with simple balloon decoration having a focused balloon arrangement or cake-cutting backdrop, while larger living spaces can accommodate arches, layered backdrops, lights, photographs and more elaborate styling. Selected setups can also be adapted with names, ages, colour palettes and other suitable personalised details.
Lets Celebrate styles birthday setups across Delhi NCR for homes, apartments and other suitable private spaces. Browse the collection above to compare real photographs, current prices and package details, then choose a décor that suits your space and celebration. Selected same-day setups may also be available, depending on the décor, location, preferred time and team availability.
