A Few Things to Know

Balloon Safety: For home decorations, we do not use helium-filled balloons. Helium can displace oxygen and may pose an asphyxiation risk, particularly if inhaled or allowed to accumulate in an enclosed space.
Ceiling Balloon Setup: To create a similar floating-balloon effect, we use air-filled balloons and secure them to the ceiling with removable cello tape. The tape generally does not leave marks; however, we recommend removing it within 24 hours of the celebration to help minimise the risk of residue or surface damage.
Digit Foil Balloons: Three digit foil balloons are included in the package. If you would like additional digit foil balloons, please select them from the available customisation options while booking.
Access Requirement: Please arrange a sturdy stool or ladder at the venue so our decoration team can safely reach the ceiling or any required elevated area during installation.
Power Requirement: Please provide access to the nearest power source or an extension board at the venue, wherever required for the decoration setup.

HELPFUL ANSWERS

Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in a birthday decoration package?

Each product page lists its exact inclusions. Depending on the selected design, your setup may include balloons, a backdrop, foil lettering or neon signage, lights, props and a cake-table area. Please rely on the product's “What's Included” section for the final package details.

Can I personalise the birthday decoration with a name, age or theme?

Yes. We can personalize eligible setups with a name, age, message, colour palette or theme. Share your requirement before booking on whats app or order@letscelebrate.in so we can confirm the design, materials and any applicable customization charge.

Do you decorate homes, hotel rooms, terraces and party venues?

Yes. Lets Celebrate decorates homes, hotel rooms, terraces, banquet halls and selected outdoor venues across Delhi NCR. Please share the venue, available space and event time so our team can plan the setup correctly.

How early should I book a birthday decoration?

We recommend booking 3–5 days in advance, particularly for weekends, themed designs and personalised setups. Same-day requests may be possible subject to team and material availability.

How long does the setup take?

Most birthday setups take around 1–3 hours. Larger backdrops, ceiling work or detailed themes can take longer, so our team plans arrival before your celebration begins.
